Review of Postive well being zine for mums

When I agreed to review this publication I was expecting a thin magazine to drop through my letterbox, I was pleasantly surprised when a proper book came.

The zine was started by Emma 4 weeks after having her daughter, Isabella. Emma self publishes the zine which is all about motherhood, self care and well being.

As I have mentioned the first thing that struck me when it arrived was the quality: every page is printed on a good thickness of paper which will stand up to many hours of reading without looking ‘dog eared’.

My favourite articles are:-

A love letter to you, a beautiful piece of writing about motherhood .

I love the 10 mantras for mum; No.3 being my absolute favourite- ” There is no such thing as the perfect mum, but you are the perfect mum for your child.”

From tips to surviving the last month of pregnancy, a recipe and even an adult colouring picture  encouraging mums to take some time for themselves,Positive well being zine has it all.

When I was pregnant I would read everything I could get my hands on about pregnancy and birth, which is why I  recommend Positive well being zone to mothers everywhere.

Disclosure: I was sent this publication for the purpose of the review but all opinions are my own.

Positive well being zine retails for £5 buy it here

Until next time.

  3. I think it’s amazing that she wrote such a lovely and grounded book for new moms. It looks based on your description and on the pictures like this book is full of support for new moms and lots of encouragement. #BloggerClubUK
