With the cost of living rising daily, make the most of the better weather with some money saving activities that the whole family can enjoy:
1.
Build a bug hotel; use old toilet roll tubes, sticks and bamboo.
2. Sow some seeds; tasty cress on a window sill or see who can grow the tallest sun flower.
3. Have breakfast outside while listening to the birds, can you identify what you hear?
4, Explore a new place and take a picnic- find a new park, public garden or beach.
5. Do a litter pick in your neighborhood; who can collect the most?
6. Have a spa day using nail varnish and face masks.
7. Cinema trip: did you know that many cinemas are cheaper on a Monday?
8. Decorate a pebble- unleash you ctreativity.
9. Go on a bike ride; In North Devon where I live we have the Tarka trail a safe cycle path with ice cream stops along the way.
10. Fly a kite.
11.Build sandcastles on the beach.
12. Play a board game.
13. Get crafty- what can you make from a cardboard box?
14. Make homemade pizza: Have a variety of toppings so everyone can make their own.
15. Feed the ducks or go to a farm park or petting zoo.
16. Outside yoga or obstacle course.
17. Learn a new craft.
18. Do some colouring in a book or download designs from the internet.
19. Take photos of beautiful plants and floweres.
20. Learn a magic trick.
Please share any money saving activities that you have.
As always questions and comments are welcome.
Until next time.

So many great ideas! The VUE cinema’s near us in London currently have tickets for £5.99 – what a bargain! And, even lower prices for kids morning movies. It’s amazing how little you need to spend if you know where to look 😉 Thank you for sharing these wonderful ideas over on the #DreamTeam xx
