As usual ichild have come up with a range of Christmas crafts and activities to keep children entertained.
These are my favorites from this year’s selection:
ANGEL/FAIRY WAND:
Children can make their own wand from a drinking straw, card and a piece of ribbon. It doesn’t get much simplier!
PINE CONE CHRISTMAS TREE:
This is my favourite craft as it gives the best result.
From a pine cone ( that children could find for themselves on a walk) by painting and using beads to decorate- they have their own unique mini Christmas tree, who wouldn’t love that?
HAPPY CHRISTMAS BANNER
:
By printing several of these and sticking them together children can make decorations for the house, classroom or a room at their daycare setting.
BIG, BIGGER, BIGGEST SNOWMAN:
This is one for the youngest children to enjoy colouring and learn about size and position.
All of the above and many more can be downloaded here
As always questions and comments are welcome.
Until next time.
