Bella& Burt a tail about friendship – children’s book review

This is a delightful , colourful children’s book.

The first thing that struck me was that it is educational as well being as a lovely heart-warming story.

The book explains that the worker bees are the bees that collect the pollen to make the honey.

When Bella spots some beautiful flowers there is an opportunity to go through the colours with children, aiding their colour reignition

When Bella gets lost she finds an unlikely friend named Burt who helps her to get home safely.

The book is the first one written by Pamela Ross and Cathy McElroy has drawn the bright illustrations.

Fun and educational too, what’s not to love about this book?

Bella and Bert a tail of friendship is aimed at children aged3- 6 years ( older children could read the clearly printed text for themselves)and retails for $6,69

As always questions and comments are welcome.

Until next time.

  1. That looks like a lovely book about friendship and I love that there are learning opportunities along the way, with colour recognition and learning a little more about bees. Thank you for sharing with #MischiefandMemories
