Bunnies on the bus

Walker books sent this delightful children’s picture book.

Straight away the front cover will appeal to any children interested in vehicles ( as my boys were when they were younger).

The text is written in fun rhyme and some of the text is repeated; making it more interesting for children to join in with reading out loud.

Throughout the book there are bright, colourful illustrations, including two fugitive squirrels to look out for on many of the pages ( this will encourage children who are reluctant to sit and share a book with an adult).

Bunnies on the bus is written by Philip Ardagh and illustrated by Ben Mantle.

The book is published by Walker books and the paperback version retails at £6.99 it is recommended for age 3 years plus.

Disclosure: I was sent this book for the purpose of the review but all opinions are my own.

I recommend this book because it is fun and would make a great Easter present as an alternative to an egg – who doesn’t love a bunny at Easter?

As always questions, comments and topic requests are welcome.

Until next time.

  5. This sounds like a really fun book, pity I’ve missed my chance to use it as an Easter gift although bunnies are for life, not just for Easter so I’m sure it’s a good one to read all year round! #kltr
