Followers of my blog will know that I work regularly with ichild.
This is a selection of their literacy activities:-
FILL IN THE BLANKS:
Is what it says ‘on the tin’ fill in the missing blanks on the harvest related words under the corresponding pictures; the completed words are written at the bottom of the page so children will be able to copy them to fill in the missing blanks.
HARVEST:
Is a hand writing practice sheet for children to write the word harvest by joining up the dotted lines.
BUSYBEES:
This is a bee hive crossword puzzle with missing letters to fit in.
CLOTHES:
Children will love the fun scarecrow while they discover which item of clothing is not drawn, then they can draw it on the scarecrow for themselves.
All of these activities,( which are aimed at children around the ages of 5 and 6 years old) and many more can be downloaded. from here
Many are free , or for a small joining fee there are even more available ( as I have taken advantage of).
As always questions and comments, that I will reply to are welcome.
Until next time.
Karen

This is so helpful and fun, thank you! #KidsAndKreativity
You are welcome, thanks for your kind words
Nice activities, I especially like that the words for the ‘missing letter’ activitiy are printed at the bottom of the sheet, so that the child can check there if they feel unsure. That’s really helpful x #KidsAndKreativity
