This is just a selection of the children’s Christmas crafts which can be downloaded from ichild;
FATHER CHRISTMAS PAPER CHAIN:
A simple take on the tradition paper chains. The Santa’s can be coloured by children using pens, paints and even cotton wool for beards and hats and then hang them up as a Christmas decoration.
CHRISTMAS WREATH;
A great craft which only requires a paper plate and some imagination.
SHAPE,COLOUR AND COUNT;
This does what it says: the Christmas related pictures can be coloured and then stuck onto the blank Christmas tree, to make the addition more difficult the pictures can be rotated.
PAPER PLATE ROBIN:
This is my favourite of all the crafts: again paper plates and a creative mind are all that are needed.
BUTTON CHRISTMAS PICTURE CRAFT;
Make an effective Christmas picture which doubles as a Christmas decoration.
Each craft activity has clear instructions for successful results
.
All of the above Christmas crafts and more are available to download from www,ichild.co.uk
Many are free, or for a small joining fee even more can be accessed.
Joining ichild will be an asset to early years practitioners, including child minders and to parents looking to keep children entertained in the run up to Christmas.
As always comments/ questions are welcome and please share on social media if you think others would benefit from reading this.
Until next time.
