All of these crafts from ichild can be made cheaply from store cupboard essentials:-
MAKE A WITCH
Using the blank or ready coloured template assemble the pieces to create your very own witch
.
PAPER PLATE GHOST;;
This is a simple, but effective way of creating a ghost, it will help children to learn to master the skill of using scissors ( settings should provide left-handed scissors if required by any children).
SPIDER PAPER PLATE CRAFT;
All that is required is a paper plate and the downloaded templates, then after colouring ( or using the ready coloured one) assemble your spider.
CREEPY CRAWLY SPIDER;
This craft only needs Plasticine, pipe-cleaners, googly eyes and some imagination.
HALLOWEEN BUNTING;
There are several different Halloween themed pictures to colour and hang up to decorate your room with the bunting.
Parents, child minders and other early years practitioners will find these crafts helpful in keeping children entertained during half term, plus they can be used to help cover the expressive arts and design early learning goal.
All of the above crafts and more can be downloaded ( many are free) from http://www.ichild.co.uk
As always questions, comments and topic suggestions/requests are welcome.
Until next time.

How cute – great ideas to get into the fun of it all #Stayclassymama
I am not keen on crafts so simple things that are easy to follow and don’t make too much mess are perfect! I love colouring or cutting printables to practise fine motor skills. Thanks for linking up with #globalblogging
These all look like activities little ones will enjoy – & free too! #DreamTeam
Printables are so helpful for craft-phobic mums like me! Thanks for linking up with #dreamteam
Planning to try one of these tomorrow for Halloween! Thanks for linking up with #stayclassymama
It sounds so silly, but these kinds of crafts really can cost a small fortune if you’re not careful. Thanks for the inspo. #kidsandkreativity
These are such great ideas for simple and low cost Halloween crafts. We’ve done a paper plate spider before but not tried doing a ghost. Will remember that one for next year 🙂 #KidsandKreativity
Nice crafts, I especially like the ghost! x #KidsandKreativity
