I often do colouring in a book designed for adults as I find it relaxing and something not too taxing for my stroke affected brain to cope with.
So when I was given the opportunity to review this particular colouring book I jumped at the chance.
The book has a bright, colourful, vibrant front cover
.
Inside there are are a wide verity of designs to colour; from intricate , detailed designs to more simple, bolder images great for choosing a picture to match your mood at the time.
The pictures are a mix cats flowers and other cleverly put together options: There is something to suit everyone
.
I am recommending this book for anyone who enjoys colouring, or feels like they need a stress relieving activity that can be done anywhere ( I take my adult colouring books and pencils to a group that I attend, It’s called Bizzy Lizzy, as it’s really for anyone who likes to knit, sew or crochet, but my stroke has left me with only one working hand meaning that I Can’t undertake any of these pastimes, so I sit with my colouring book and still feel very much a member of the group.
The book is suitable for older children, who find children’s colouring books boring and adults of any age making it great value for money.
Disclosure: I was gifted the book for the purpose of the review, but all opinions are my own.
Meow and bloom colouring book retails at £5.98
