This is just a tiny selection of Valentine’sday crafts available from ichild:-
VALENTINES’S DAY FRIDGE MAGNET:
Children can celebrate Valentine’s day, they could send cards and crafts to family members including pets. Love isn’t just for adult lovers.
This craft is a perfect example , all that is needed are coloured pens or pencils, glue, card and a magnet.
After colouring the design, stick onto card, add a photo of the child giving the craft, or alternatively use a photo of whoever is receiving it ( parent, pet, etc.) into the square in the centre, simply glue a magnet on the back and hey presto! you have a personnel fridge magnet which is ideal for parents who like to display their children’s artwork on the fridge anyway.
HEART PILLOW:
This can be adapted to suit varying ages of children:
Younger ones can make the heart shape from paper and older children could make an actual pillow from material, using rose petals, lavender or dried herbs to fill it, or stuff with a soft filling for a soft pillow effect.
HEART MICE:
Cut out the heart shapes, then fold and decorate with wiggly eyes, ears and a tail to create heart shaped mice.
There are downloads of several different sized heart templates available to help with the crafts.

ichild have crafts and activities on other topics too and as many are free to download, what are you waiting for? Check out their website here
As always questions, comments and topic suggestions are welcome.
Until next time.
