Kitty Irvine got in touch to ask if I would review her book.
The front cover is glossy and shows the characters who appear in the book.
The story is all about the magical land of Willowwood snug.
It follows twins; Tippy and Tilly who are excited about being big enough to start going to school with their older brother, Niblick.
The 26 pages tell of the fun antics that the main characters get up to, which many children will be able to relate to- especially if they have an older brother who teases them in a loving way ( as most brothers do).
The book could be used as a tool to help any children who are anxious about starting school because Tippy and Tilly love their first day.
The tale has a real feel good factor about it and would make a great bedtime story.
Disclosure: I was sent the book for the purpose of the review, but all opinions are my own.
At the beginning of each chapter is a cute black and white sketch. I enjoyed reading this book and know others will too
The paperback version of Welcome to Willowwood snug retails for £4.99 and is recommended for age 5 years plus buy it here
As always comments and questions are welcome.
Until next time.
