Best learning sent this great educational toy.
The whack and learn mole will teach children the alphabet, numbers 1-12 and colours while also developing hand-to-eye co-ordination and dexterity; all whilst having fun.
When a child age 6 months upwards whacks the mole on the head he can start playing and learning.
There are different modes:-
Alphabet mode; which says a letter of the alphabet each time the mole is whacked, plus an alphabet song to join in with.
Number and colour mode; this teaches the numbers 1-12 and colours as the LED lights up each colour.
Game mode; there are various games to chose from, including whack me when I turn a particular colour and a game to learn to count which asks the child to whack so many times when a certain light shows.
Music mode; this automatically plays music while lighting up which could be used as a night light to settle a child to sleep at bedtime. There are 10 different tunes available.
L was interested in how the whack and learn mole works as soon as she saw it, I switched it on for her and told her to give the head a whack which she took delight in doing.
L is just 2 years old and beginning to learn to count. When we played the counting game together and mole asked her to whack him 3 times, we counted 1, 2 together then I said “3” to encourage L to whack it again;which she did and then to prove to me that she knew what to do, she gave another whack and said” 4!”
L enjoyed moving the volume and mode switches almost as much as whacking the mole. The great thing about Best learning products is that the battery cover has a screw fixing meaning that L couldn’t remove and lose the batteries ( which were included with the toy). L loved her whack and learn mole and gave him hugs and kisses, before switching him off.
The Whack and learn mole is made from quality plastic making it easy to keep clean using a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
I love this educational toy and would highly recommend it to parents and carers for children aged 6 months to around 3 years.

This looks a lovely fun game with the benefits of it being a brilliant teaching toy, I love it and I am sure it will soon become a child’s favourite toy.
This looks great for little ones, I bet some of the children here would like one of these in our playrooms. #GlobalBlogging
That looks like great fun! I bet it will get a lot of use #TwinklyTuesday
This is a great toy. Is it available in the United States?
I would think so, as it can be purchased through Amazon x
That looks a great toy. It’s so hard to know which will get played with and which will gather dust, so great to read reviews #abitofeverything
Very clever … hit things hard … and learn! A winner with smallies! #ABloggingGoodTime
What an adorable toy, my youngsters would have loved something like this when they were smaller.

How fantastic to have a range of modes making it a more versatile toy. Also great to learn whilst having fun! #StayClassyMama
Cute – and I love that it’s a night light too! #Stayclassymama
That sounds like a fun toy for little ones. We have a similar toy for Thomas which is a bilingual one (French/English) so also good for helping with learning. It doesn’t have a night light though which is a shame – I quite like that feature with this one! #KidsandKreativity
I love that it has so many different modes and uses to stimulate learning. Thanks for linking up with #globalblogging
