Have you ever wondered why we have weeds in the garden?
This children’s picture book explains why weeds and wild flowers grow and why we need them.
The humorous rhyming text is written by R.J. Furness.
The bright, vibrant illustrations on every page are drawn by Kathryn Short.
At the end of the book there is a challenge for children that will make them want to look through the entire book again.
The pomdig is suitable for children aged 3-6 years, but could be enjoyed by a wider age range, I’m sure
.
Disclosure: I was gifted the book for the purpose of the review, but all opinions are my own.
I recommend this book because I know that children will love the rhyming tale and the delightful , colourful illustrations.
It retails at £5.99
As always questions and comments are welcome.
Until next time.

Read the book, Lana, to find out!
My daughter is asking ‘why?’ to everything now so books that explain things are very appealing to us right now! I think she’d love this!

The illustrations in this book looks lovely. But I do love dandelions. They are like little sunshines.
