I could see how great this book is as soon as I opened it!
As a former early years practitioner I know that a toddler’s brain is like a sponge; they soak up knowledge and learn at their very best when they are having fun.
At the beginning of the book is an explanation for parents and carers to help them to help their child to get the best use of the book.
The book has bright, colourful illustrations of things that will be familiar to children; there are activity suggestions, such as getting the child to look for items in the pictures: This opens up opportunities for developing language and communication skills. As well as asking open ended questions to the child.
There are activity pages to help with learning to recognise primary colours and mark making activities which develop fine motor skills and hand-to-eye co-ordination. Every page has a place to use the 3 pages of stickers at the back of the book. ( again this is something that young children love to do).
I can’t speak highly enough about this book that’s why I am recommending it to parents and carers.
Disclosure: I was gifted the book for the purpose of the review, but all opinions are my own.
The activity book is aimed at children aged 2 and 3 years old.
It retails for the bargain price of £8.50

I love activity books. I remember seeking them out for my kids when they were younger, ones with stickers are even better.
