The wandering of Umbra; children’s book review

I am writing this review as a part of the love books tour (LBT).

The hardback book. that I was sent has a mysterious front and back cover, which entices the reader to want to delve inside!

The tale is, chilling and dark, I loved it: Set on a remote island, masked in fog the people living through famine now have the challenge of what lies beneath the fog to cope with too!

The wandering of Umbra is written by Alexander Linton.

The 342 pages, over 32 chapters are written in a ‘can’t put the book down, until the end!’ way.

Disclosure: I was gifted the book for the purpose of the review, but all opinions are my own.

I am recommending this book because I know that the contents will appeal to wide range of readers ( My grandaughter, Sophia, I know for sure would LOVE IT!

The book is aimed at readers aged 12 – 18 years.

It retails at £14.99

As always questions and comments are welcome.

Until next time.
