On arrival, I must admit that I was a little confused by what this was; it appeared to be a soft cloud pad!
However, when it was placed in a bowl of warm water as per the instruction leaflet, the cloud dissolved revealing 4 bags ( there are more bags available to collect).
The water became a sticky gloop, which Caitlin, 7 told me was sticky but still quite nice.
When she opened the first bag, Caitlin was delighted to discover a small unicorn.
The second bag contained the unicorn’s horn and the 3rd a unicorn lipstick.
Inside the final bag was a leaflet showing other universe toys and a collectors card.
Caitlin really enjoyed this experiment, especially opening the bags to discover what they held.
I think that this product will be popular with children aged over 5, as who doesn’t love a unicorn?
Disclosure: I was sent this item for the purpose of the review but all opinions are my own ( or that of Caitin).
Universe unicorn surprise retails at £10 and is available from all good toy retailers.
As always questions and comments are welcome.
Until next time.

I haven’t seen these. They look like lots of fun. I have to check and see if they’re available in the US. #alittlebitofeverything
I don’t think I’ve met a child that doesn’t like a blind bag, my two certainly love them! Thanks for linking up #TwinklyTuesday
They sound like really good fun and something I would have absolutely loved when I was a little girl. Just wish they did something like this for boys. #StayClassyMama
They may have similar for boys take a look at the website ( at the end of my review
I’m not surprised you were confused as to what they were at first – the mind boggles! What will they think of next?! #ThatFridayLinky
My daughter would love these – she loves unicorns and blind bags so to have the two combined would make her very happy! #KidsandKreativity
Both my children love these blind bag toys. I think it’s the surprise element rather than the toy itself. Thanks for linking up to #KidsandKreativity, hope to see you back next time.
