How the flowers became different: children’s book review

I came across this book on social media.

On arrival the first thing that struct me was the vibrant colours on the front cover; which made me want to investigate inside the book,

I wasn’t disappointed the book tells a magical tale of how flowers became different: From all being plain white in colour, the same size and with no scent to the way that we are all familiar with flowers.

.

The story tells of self belief, bravery and the wonderful thing of everyone being an individual ( which could help any children with a low self esteem).

The unique selling point for this book is that some of the spoken text is in French and at the bottom of the page is the English translation.

The book is written by Jaime Francois and the beautiful illustrations, which are on every single page are drawn by Emory Larson.

Disclosure: I was sent the book for the purpose of this review, but all opions are my own.

I absolutely love this book, with it’s vibrant illustrations and heart warming tale, So I am highly recommending it to everyone.

How the flowers became different is aimed at children of all ages and retails at £9

As always questions and comments are welcome.

Until next time.
