Malcolm and the trampoline

This children’s book which has a pale pastel cover is written by Katy Segrove.

On opening the book there is a space for children to write, or get an adult to write their name; providing an opportunity to recognise their name each time the book is looked at

..

Malcolm’s friends all love to play on the trampoline, but he prefers to sit quietly and read his books.

After some gentle persuasion from his friends Malcolm decides to give the trampoline a try and he loves it!

This delightful paperback book could be used to persuade children to try something different from their usual pastime.

The illustrations by Katerina Khodteva  are colourful and because trampolines are so popular children will be able to relate to the fun while also getting some exercise that Malcolm and his friends are having while bouncing on the trampoline.

Disclosure:I was sent the book for the purpose of the review but all opinions are my own.

The book is published by Tiny Tree children’s books and retails for £6.99

It is recommended for ages 5-7 years

As always questions, comments and topic suggestions are welcome.

Until next time.

  1. Being brave and trying new things is so important and adults could do with a reminder now and then too! Thanks for linking up with #stayclassymama
