I was sent the following to review:-

MONKEY-DOG! A NEW BREED OF SUPER HERO:

Children will love this brightly coloured book, which is full of fun and a few comical dinosaurs.

Some of the text is in rhyme and is written by Steve Dixon. The book is illustrated by Chloe Harvey- Hall.

It is aimed at children aged 3-11 years and retails at£6.99.

ME,YOU AND THE LAST BLUE GNU:

This one is written in my favourite way for children’s literature; rhyming text.

Throughout the book there are references to different places around the world- which makes it educational as well as fun to read.

This book is written by Montague Drew and also retails at £6.99.

TIGERES REALLY AREN’T THAT SCARY

:

The author is donating 25% of it’s sales to a charity that helps parents who have lost a baby.( which is why it is my favourite of the 3 books).

The book is full of poems that would make a great addition to a child’s bedtime routine; as a before settling down to sleep story.

The book is written by Steph Daisy and the vibrant illustrations are drawn by Claudia Emanuele Bernardino and retails at £6.99

Disclosure: I was gifted the books for the purpose of the review, but all opinions are my own.

All of the books are aimed at children aged 3-9 years, except for the Monkey-dog book which is aimed at older children to the age of approximately 11 years.

i recommend all of the books to parents and carers to share with their children.

As always questions and comments are welcome.

Until next time.

  1. A great selection of books. I think rhyming books and bright illustrations are so important but love the charity donation with the third book. Thanks for linking up with #MischiefAndMemories

  2. These sound like a great selection of books. Me, You and the Last Blue Gnu sounds like the kind of book Sophie would really enjoy. #KidsandKreativity
