Sprouts story stones review

I came across this company on social media:-

All of the stones are hand painted by this growing company.

I was sent 2 sets of stones for the review:

Both sets arrived in a cute drawstring jute bag.

Emotions:

These are a set of 6 stones, which would be great for early years practitioners and parents to use to help children to talk about and understand how they are feeling, they would be especially helpful for children who have special needs, such as being on the autistic spectrum.

Louise started making the stones after she gave up teaching to spend more time with her own children.

The stones could also be used as a way to help children with their vocabulary, as a prop to story telling or used to ask open ended questions; something that I often encouraged with the children in my care when I was working as a registered child minder.

The second set of stones that I was sent were of a child’s name.

These are again beautifully painted and will make a lovely keepsake as well as being used for the child to recognise and spell ( or write her name).

As each stone is glazed, they are easy to keep clean and stored in the bags.

Perfect for busy households and settings.

Disclosure: I was gifted the stones for the purpose of the review, but all opinions are my own.

I highly recommend Sprout’s story stones to everyone.

The emotions set retail at £12 and the name recognition stones are 3 letters for £5 , with additional letters costing£2 each.

The stones would make a great gift for a child’s Christening or birthday.

As they are unique they are also get value for money.

I love how each stone is different and the bright colours will appeal to children and adults alike.

As always questions and comments are welcome.

Until next time.
