Tree of wonder;children’s book review

This hardback children’s book is wonderful: It has rhyming text, bright, colourful illustrations and as it teaches children about trees and nature. it’s educational too!

The book ia written by Anna Smithers and illustrated by Martyna Nejman.

Some of the text has colourful words, making the book even more inviting to children.

I particularly love that at the end of the book are 2 pages listing 12 things to find in the book ( as a former early years practitioner I know that young children enjoy this sort of thing, plus they are learning without even realising it: Which is how it should be- learning through play

,

There are also a couple of pages explaining how we can help to save trees, with small images tghat children will understand.

Disclosure: I was gifted the book for the purpose of the review, but all opinions are my own.

Tree full of wonder retails at £12.99.

And is recommended for 4-6 years of age, however, my experience tells me that a wider age range will enjoy and benefit from it. That’s why I am highly recommending it to parents and carers.

As always questions, comments and topic suggestions are welcome.

Until next time.
